Role: Performance Marketing Executive(Full Time)

Key Responsibilities:
● Plan and execute paid marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram, LinkedIn and other digital platforms.
● Optimize campaigns to improve ROI, reduce cost per lead/acquisition, and improve conversionrates.
● Align performance marketing efforts with internal teams and client lead-generation goals.
● Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and segmentation for high-impact ad delivery.
● Monitor daily campaign performance and generate reports with actionable insights.
● Run A/B tests on creatives, ad copies, landing pages, and targeting strategies.
● Coordinate with design/content teams for timely delivery of ad assets.
● Maintain and track advertising budgets across multiple campaigns and channels.
● Stay updated with latest trends, platform updates, and industry benchmarks.
● Analyze lead quality and work closely with Marketing/Sales teams to refine targeting.
Requirements:
● 2 years of hands-on experience in running and optimizing paid digital campaigns.
● Proficient in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and Google Analytics.
● Strong analytical skills with experience using tools for reporting.
● Understanding of B2C lead generation funnels and performance metrics (CPL, CTR, ROAS).
● Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
● Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously with attention to detail.
